Class Schedule

CLASS SCHEDULE FOR TESOL - ONLINE AND COMBO PROGRAM:

Enrollment is anytime during the year. Start of class is EVERY WEDNESDAY OF THE WEEK after receipt of the first training modules and can be done at home, in the work place or anywhere. Submission of worksheets or work done should made through e-mail. The training can be completed within within one (1) month or less  from start of the class extendable up to three (3) months as the student desires.  Students, however, are given a maximum of three (3) months to complete the  whole course from the date of the start of the class after which they will be considered dropped from the training and have to re-enroll again and pay the same amount of fees to continue it.   As per school policy, no refund is allowed for whatever amount paid by the students for not finishing the training within the alloted three (3) months duration whether justified or not.

For participants located in the Philippines, airfreight or postage in sending training certificate to them is free. However, for those located outside the Philippines, the school will charge an appropriate fee for the airfreight cost.

CLASS SCHEDULE FOR TESOL - ONSITE TRAINING, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION:

As a general rule, Onsite TESOL/TEFL training will be held only when the minimum number of reserved and paid enrollees are achieved which is  TWELVE (12) participants.  To be sure that Onsite TESOL/TEFL training is actually held, prospective participants should make a reservation with the school and pay a refundable COMMITMENT FEE Php 5,000 pesos for Filipinos or Php 10,000 pesos  for Foreigners.  The commitment fee is deductible from the tuition fee. Should the scheduled onsite training is cancelled, the commitment fee will be refunded to the student or be applied to the next scheduled onsite training or to the tuition fee of Online TESOL/TEFL training that the student will choose upon recommendation of the school.  THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY SCHEDULED ONSITE TRAINING SHOULD THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF RESERVED/COMMITTED AND PAID ENROLLEES IS NOT ACHIEVED.

       ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES:
               1. Fill up Enrollment Form through the school in Mabolo, Cebu City
                   or through the school's website at www.hcsinternational.org by
                   clicking  " ENROLL NOW" and then fill up the necesssary
                   information and then click 'Submit'.  The web-server host will
                   automatically inform us about your enrollment application and
                   we will respond to you accordingly.
               2. Pay the reservation/commitment fee upon enrollment to the
                   school through the school cashier in Mabolo, Cebu City  or
                   deposit it to the school's METROBANK account online or send it
                   through Western Union, M.L. Kwarta PADALA or LBC Remit c/o
                  Arturo N.Tangal.
                3. Submit a scanned copy of your college Transcript of Record
                   through email to the admission officer to make your enrollment
                   official.
